Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

UPS and US Postal Service are our current shipping providers. Customers may choose which carrier will deliver their order unless Free Shipping is selected

We strive to ship orders within two (2) business days from the time the order is placed. Arrival times vary according to destination.

If you order several cases, they may not arrive in the same shipping box. If you receive a box and it does not contain everything you ordered, check the shipping label for the number of boxes or any notes regarding separate shipments. The remaining cases may be arriving separately.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Ground shipping in the continental United States is a flat $5 per order but subscription orders and orders over $40 ship free with this option. In Hawaii and Alaska, economy shipping is a flat $9 fee. We have UPS ground and UPS expedited shipping options for an additional charge based on your shipping location. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

International shipping is only available to Canada and the UK at this time. We do not ship to APO, FPO, PO box. However, we are expanding to other countries soon and will let you know once we are available in your area. To learn more about Central Perk regional expansions,

Please note that, in addition to the shipping charge, customers shipping to locations outside the U.S. are responsible for paying all costs associated with importing the order, including all duties, taxes, and/or fees. The listed shipping cost only covers the actual shipment costs.

Your international order may contain items that are prohibited embargo restrictions. Check with your local customs office regarding your current importation laws prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for merchandise that is confiscated by the importation authorities

We hope you were satisfied, however, if you would like to return your purchase, you may do so for a refund or replacement only. 

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, and unless otherwise prohibited by law, this 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is available only for products purchased directly from centralperk.com.  The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

Return Requirements

All returns must be postmarked within thirty-five (35) days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in original packing, in original packaging, with all original labels attached. 

International Order Returns

All International sales are final. No returns or exchanges. No refunds, including orders for which you are unable or unwilling to the pay the duties & taxes required by your government. We are not responsible for international orders once they have been shipped.

Return Process

Please contact our customer care team to ensure we service your return in the most appropriate manner. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We advise that you use a trackable method such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and to access and provide the shipment tracking once available.

Used product cannot be returned.

International Orders

All Sales on International orders are final as a result, not returns will be excepted.

Prepaid coffee subscriptions are the final sale.  Refunds are not accepted.

Defective/Damaged Product

If a received item is defective or damaged, please contact us directly to arrange a refund or replacement: Write to contact@centralperk.com. Please note, that images may be required for all claims of defect and damage. 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, and if the return complies with the policies set forth herein, we will process your refund. Please allow seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in the original form of payment, depending on your financial institution. You will be notified once the refund has been initiated.

Prepaid coffee subscriptions are final sale.  Refunds are not accepted, however if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us directly to arrange for a replacement.  If you wish to pause, or change your prepaid delivery cadence, please write to contact@centralperk.com and we will assist you. 

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted during normal Monday-Friday business hours 8 am-4 pm CST, however, we cannot guarantee order cancellation. Write to contact@centralperk.com.

Once orders are received in our shipping department, orders can ship immediately upon receipt, therefore, making the opportunity to cancel the order on our end very unlikely. In this case, a return authorization will be needed.

In cases where we can process a return to sender, we can provide such service for a 30% restocking fee, taken from your total refund.

Address Changes

Shipping addresses require confirmation at checkout this is to help reduce address-related issues. If an address change is needed, please contact us immediately, there is a small window of opportunity for the change to be done prior to the order reaching the shipping process. If the order has already been shipped, your order may be eligible for an address change. If this change is possible, this will be a one-time courtesy service. Please note that returns will be subject to a restocking fee if items are returned used/opened, returned due to a bad address, or refusal of delivery.
